Cookies are small pieces of information a service stores in your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage. These can support essential functionality, analytics or advertising. This document describes the functions actually used.
Public website
The public G REAL ESTATE website currently sets no analytics or marketing cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Hotjar, newsletters or behavioural tracking. The form does not save data in localStorage or sessionStorage. Its anti-spam token is held only in the open page’s memory, without a cookie, and expires after two hours. Short-lived form-protection counters operate on the server.
Maps and links
Maps are local image files, without embedded Google Maps or another interactive iframe. Displaying them does not connect your browser to a map provider. Following “Open in maps” or an external link opens another service, which applies its own terms and may use its own cookies.
Administrative interface
Sanity Studio is intended for administrators. Login may require essential session and browser-storage mechanisms supplied by the provider. These are not used to track public visitors for marketing. Administrators also use Sanity under that service’s policies.
Settings and changes
The current public site does not require an analytics or marketing cookie consent banner because it does not use these technologies. You can manage storage in your browser settings; blocking essential mechanisms may prevent administrative login. If we introduce tools requiring consent, we will update this information and offer a choice before activating them. Contact: biuro@grealestate.pl.
