Controller and contact
The controller is G Real Estate Sp. z o.o., Aleja Niepodległości 663, 81-855 Sopot, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 583-342-98-24, KRS 0000901335. Contact us about personal data at biuro@grealestate.pl or by post at our registered address. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
Data we process
We process the name, email, optional phone number, property location, parcel numbers, area, asking price, planning status, description and optional attachment you provide. The email includes the submission date and confirmation that you have read this policy and agree to contact about your submission. Please do not include special-category data or unnecessary information about other people. The server may process technical connection information, such as IP address, request time and URL, to operate and protect the service.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to assess your submission, respond and discuss the property. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. Otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) applies: our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, assessing offers and contacting representatives of property owners. This basis also covers service security and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Article 6(1)(c) applies where legislation requires us to keep records. The contact checkbox is not consent to marketing or a newsletter.
Providing data and handling submissions
Providing data is voluntary. Your name, email, property location and a description or basic property information are needed to use the form. We require acknowledgement of this policy and agreement to contact about your submission. Information and attachments are emailed to biuro@grealestate.pl. They are not saved as records in a website database, CRM or Sanity. Attachments are handled temporarily in server memory for sending and then remain part of mailbox correspondence, including mailbox backups.
Retention
We retain correspondence until the contact, discussions or negotiations end. We then retain only information necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend claims for the period applicable to the matter, including statutory limitation periods. If a contract is concluded, record retention also depends on obligations related to that contract. Technical form-protection counters operate in server memory in short, 15-minute windows and do not create a submission history.
Recipients and external services
Data may be accessed by authorised personnel, our email provider home.pl, hosting and IT support providers as necessary, legal advisers and authorities entitled by law. Form submissions are not sent to Sanity, which manages website content and the administrative interface. Maps are local images; a connection to a map provider occurs only when you follow an external link. External services also apply their own privacy policies.
Transfers outside the EEA
The form itself uses no analytics or advertising services and sends submissions to the specified mailbox. We do not envisage intentional transfers of submissions outside the European Economic Area in this process. Processing locations used by infrastructure providers and their subprocessors depend on the terms of those services. For details about any transfers and safeguards, contact biuro@grealestate.pl. External links and the administrative interface are not submission channels.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access and a copy, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Portability applies to data processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract. You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may ask us to end contact. Send requests to biuro@grealestate.pl. We do not use profiling or automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Complaints and cookies
You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl) if you believe processing infringes GDPR. Our Cookies document explains the technologies used by the website. The current public website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.
